Close up in contrast background

Contrast background with high aperture for sharp pictures

Time: 9:30 AM

Camera: Nikon D3000

Shutter Speed: 1/50

Aperture: 5.6

ISO: 100

Tips: Contrast background with high aperture creates a sharp and crisp image. When taking a close up shot, always be careful of exposure. It can result in unnatural colors.

First SLR picture

Finally i own a DSLR and I started trying my hand right away. Operating SLR is not an easy task. My suggestion to all first time users is to read manual carefully and try to understand the functionality. To start with, you should know the basic terminologies like shutter speed, aperture, ISO or exposure. Google if you dont understand after reading manual. Lots of helpful videos are available to start with. Take pictures on Auto mode and study the settings. Try those settings on manual mode and see the results.
